Christian and Alan Anadon, better known as Mambo Brothers, have been born and raised in Ibiza whilst listening to the best DJs at the Café Mambo DJ booth since an early age. Having been part of the evolution of electronic music since the beginning, they have gained knowledge of electronic music from all the house genres.

Their music style has been heavily influenced by DJs such as Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong, Masters at Work, Jason Bye and more recently Jamie Jones, Kölsch, Luciano and MK, which makes them bring out a broad mixture of vocally tech house with a touch of trendy house tracks from Ibiza throughout the times. Their skill to read the dance floor has given them the ability to adapt to any kind of party and atmosphere.

One half of the Mambo Brothers, Christian, has been introduced to decks at Mambo’s sister bar Savannah, where he held a residency for many years. He watched legends such as Roger Sanchez and Carl Cox take over the decks as well as warmed up for them on a daily basis. Soon after, in the early 2000’s, Alan joined his older brother to form a brother duo, who often played at local Ibiza nightclubs such as Privilege and Amnesia.

However, it was not until last year that Mambo Brothers decided to step outside Ibiza and start DJing internationally for “Mambo On Tour” events in cities like London, Miami, Copenhagen, Lugano and Barcelona to name a few. This summer they have played alongside names such as Groove Armada in Pacha Ibiza, 2ManyDJs in Privilege and have done a special deep house set alongside Avicii in Ushuaia.

Originally raised in the white isle, they have never lost their Scottish accent nor Scottish stamina to party, because they have obviously been hanging out with the wrong people for far too long!!

To Support the brothers they have long standing Mamabos and Ibiza Carnival resident Jason Bye

Jason is recognised as one of the first Dj’s ever to play at Cafe Mambo back when it opened in 1994.
In the years that followed he would also hold down one of the most sought after gigs in the world by becoming the main resident dj at amnesia 1995 to 98.
Now we love space resident since 1999 and quoted by Space as the most listed Dj ever to play at the club.

Co-owner of the highly rated and much charted record label ‘Playmore Terrys’.. Which since first starting only 2 years ago has gained constant support from some of the most respected Dj´s around including the likes of Pete Tong, Catz & Dogz, DJ Sneak, Tony Humphries, Eats Everything, Jesse Perez, Detroit Swindle and so on.

Within the the last 18 months Jason’s productions have received 4 radio One essential tunes, 6 DMC buzz chart top tens, 3000 vinyl record sales and numerous chartings on beatport and traxsource with labels like Moda Black, Innercity Records and of course Playmore Terrys.

But it doesn’t stop there. There special guest is a show stopper . Man of the moment Bontan In a short space of time, North West UK-based Bontan has notched up an impressive set of achievements that’d leave most old school acts green with envy. With headline supporters including Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Carl Cox his music is talking loud and helping him to develop a reputation that’ll be the foundation for many years to come.

Things started to go mad with THAT remix for long time friend and collaborator Josh Butler which saw them score the biggest selling remix of 2013 on Beatport and scoop the coveted Best Remix of the Year in the retailer’s awards to boot!

As it stands, the remix is Beatport’s second best-selling track EVER which is an amazing achievement and has naturally led to a wave of enquiries from labels worldwide but Bontan only has his sights on the best and is choosing his moves wisely…

Bontan’s Beatport Award was just one of many highlights in 2014 with another being his first ever solo Beatport chart topper called ‘Move On Out’ on Toolroom, a release which went on to become one of the year’s biggest sellers worldwide and licensed in Australia.

‘Move On Out’ dominated the Beatport Deep House charts but not long after the talented Northerner also saw his remix of Nice7’s ‘Time To Get Physical’, released on Defected, hit top 10 but in the Tech House genre at the same time – another great achievement as there’s not many acts that can claim a double genre header like this.

On top of all of this, Bontan finished 2014 off in true style seeing his sublime remix of Coyu and Ramiro Lopez’s ‘1,2,3…FIRE’ on Suara shoot to No.1 in Beatport’s Tech House chart and a remain there for a whole month, plus enjoy the first official Butler & Bontan collaboration release entitled ‘We’ve Found A Place’ on Chase and Status’ MTA imprint – a track which featured the soulful vocals of Josh Barry and garnered heavy radio support from BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Danny Howard and Toddla T.

With an impressive first full year on the scene, the talented northerner continued his formidable form into 2015 by announcing a special back2back ‘Be True’ tour with Josh Butler. This saw the dynamic duo pay their respects to true House music and play to sell-out crowds across some of the UK and Ireland’s most iconic clubs such as; Ministry of Sound (London), Sankey (Manchester), Mint (Leeds), Button Factory (Dublin), Lush (Portrush), Arches (Glasgow), Chibuku (Liverpool).

Accompanying the tour, the duo released their second collaborate single entitled ‘Live My Life’ on Ultra Records. This time, Vula from Basement Jaxx fame stepped up to provide the stunning vocal line and the track was met by great acclaim, scoring massive BBC Radio 1 support once again from the likes of Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Danny Howard and Toddla T.

Additionally, whilst Butler & Bontan were midway through their ‘Be True’ tour, the multi Grammy award-winning music legend Nile Rodgers came across the their music and was so impressed he asked them to warm-up for him and CHIC during their UK tour, this was a huge honour for both artists and will always remain a top career highlight.

Aside from Josh Butler, Bontan’s sought-after studio skills have also seen him team-up with the likes of Sonny Fodera to deliver their ‘Always You’ EP on Suara and the legendary House hero Yousef to create their superb collaboration entitled ‘Believe’ on Circus Recordings.

In amongst his collaborate releases, the UK-based DJ/producer has also worked hard to deliver several killer solo releases such as ‘Activated’ and ‘My Memory’ on Kerri Chandler’s MadTech imprint, ‘Firefly’ on Mark Knight’s Toolroom Records plus stellar remixes of Eagles and Butterflies ‘Love’ (Noir) and the House classic ‘Do You Feel Me’ by NY’s Finest (Toolroom) to score further support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong.

Outside the studio Bontan’s gigs diary has never been busier, boasting 2015 event highlights such as; playing back2back with House master Roger Sanchez at Pacha Festival (Amsterdam, Holland), performing at the last ever Southport Weekender (Somerset, UK), securing no less than six peak-time Ibiza dates across Amnesia, Sankeys and Privilege (Vista Club) and landing key slots at top festivals such as; Creamfields (Liverpool, UK), Secret Garden Party (Huntington, UK), Lovebox (London, UK), Kendal Calling (Lake District, UK) and Mutiny Festival (Chichester, UK).

With continued support from key industry players, a jam-packed gigs diary including a brand new monthly residency at Sankeys (Manchester, UK) and several performances during ADE (Amsterdam, Holland) plus an imminent ‘Mind Dimension’ EP release on Suara and a Roger Sanchez remix to come on Stealth, Bontan is on a roll and there’s no sign of him stopping anytime soon!

Not forgetting local UK talent and Mambos original Danny Whitehead , Hott Like Detroit and introducing Fake Profile. This is none stop house beats with Ibizas biggest brand at the UKs best venue

This is set to be a great show on a heated roof terrace ay the rainbow venues
