Following Monday’s Circoloco closing party, local authorities have issued two reports against DC-10 for violating noise and curfew restrictions.
According to Diario De Ibiza, police received noise complaints from neighbors as the music continued after midnight, when the outdoor Garden area was due to close, until about 1:45 AM.
The city of Sant Josep denied DC-10 an an extension to operate past the midnight curfew.
Police filed a second complaint against the club at 6:15 AM for violating ordinance times, having run past its 5 AM scheduled closing time.
As Diario reports, the City Council will open disciplinary proceedings against DC-10, which will involve financial penalties.
The council also stated that continued violations might involve heavier sanctions, like reducing or canceling the 2017 party schedule.
This comes just days after Amnesia Ibiza lost its late licence — which was subsequently reinstated — after Music On ran past its closing time.
